We always advise riding with a fresh pair of MX boots. Even if you are on the tightest budget, it’s better to be safe and buy new dirt bike boots. You never know what went through the minds of their previous owner and that’s why it’s hard to trust them entirely. All of your dirt bike gear will need to be up to par and sturdy so as not to fall apart over time because we all know how these things deteriorate when ridden as much as they can be. To achieve that snug and comfortable feel, the latest inner lace system is unique with a design like no other. Thor Blitz XP Boots

Thor Blitz XP Boots Reviews

The price tag is pretty basic for a reason but that doesn’t mean I don’t expect some things from the latest in dirt bike boot styles. For starters, my steel shank sole and cockpit are non-negotiable. I also like how the bike’s shifter panel extends the look of the hard cockpit. When a company decides against stitching leather panels together, it makes the boots that much sturdier as a result!

The Blitz isn’t waterproof, motocross boots rarely are, but this Gator does help to keep me dry, and more to the point, it prevents sand and mud from dropping in.

So that’s all the things I would expect from a boot, even a cheap one like the Blitz. The sole is unidirectional and I love it! Unidirectional means that the sole is meant to slide forwards when I put my foot down while riding but it also has amazing grip backwards when I’m walking which is just all-around more convenient than soles with similar functions that tend to slip in both situations. A metal “abrasion plate” on the toe of the boot gives me peace of mind about its sturdiness, but seeing as how this part of the boot doesn’t see much action, I’m not sure how effective it really is.

I love just how well this boot fits. At only a few hundred grams heavier than my regular shoes, it feels light on my feet and I can walk for hours without worrying about them hurting. It’s also a great value at almost two-thirds the price of other models I found in stores, which is fantastic since most felt too heavy to wear or didn’t fit as well!

Forma Terrain TX Boots

Forma Terrain TX Boots reivew

As a new company, Forma has managed to crawl to the top of the chain in the dirt bike boot industry. One of their recent models is the Forma Terrain TX Off-Road which we are currently evaluating. It’s not unusual for a new player in a market to make their name through offering unique products but Forma have really put their best foot forward here and it shows that they might just be able to go all the way!

PROTECTION:

These boots are specifically designed for rough conditions, and that’s exactly what trails bring. They have quickly become my favorite pair of boots because they carry a plethora of protective features with them for a reasonable price.

The Terrain TX Enduro boots feature a shock-absorbing polymer inner lining with dual density, which purports to absorb the power of impact and other harsh conditions in stride. This material combines with a tough outer shell they are composed of to provide an allegedly durable product that is still lightweight in design. Furthermore, this blend of solidness and mobility gives these boots added flexibility along with durability for your foot (ab)s protection against injury. Likewise, its padding capabilities are impressive enough to allow you to enjoy longer hikes or bike rides at the same time.

SUPPORT:

These boots have a great deal of support from the shocks, which are just amazing in my opinion. I love the FCS Pivot articulating system implemented as it really does make for a more comfortable ride and it’s something that I swear by when I’m out on my bike, but you don’t see all that often with most boots. So to be able to experience this feature makes me happy and relieved because now I can go faster and harder knowing that these boots won’t fall apart.

If you decide on buying these hiking boots, it’s also important to note that you should buy inner booties along with the boots. I say this because they tend to provide you with extra ankle support, and you’ll benefit greatly from them.

DURABILITY:

The Forma Terrain TX Enduro boots can be worn on and off the motorcycle. The anti-slipping rubber sole is useful when shifting gears, braking or when you’re standing still while on your bike. This type of sole also comes in handy when you’re trekking through uneven terrain off your bike.

The strong and durable deployment buckles on this boot mean you will feel safe and secure in all the spots you go to.

CONCLUSION:

The Forma Terrain TX Enduro is a worthy choice as it has combined all the positives and advantages into just a reasonable price. Shop here: Forma Terrain TX Boots

Sidi Crossfire 2 SRS dirtbike boots

Sidi Crossfire 2 SRS dirtbike boots

Now let’s pretend that I have way more money to spend, like eight hundred and fifty dollars worth, then I buy these Sidi Crossfire 2 SRS dirtbike boots that I’ve always wanted. I know $599 is a whole lot of money, but you’re investing in something that’s going to last forever.

This subframe uses a technology that is similar to the process used for creating leather to create its own unique material, which is both rugged and comfortable. The outer shell has been tested and will hold up just fine over time, but this not just high-quality protection. This boot was designed like a customizable Mr. Potato Head, with replaceable buckles along the lower armor as well as replaceable straps on the shin guard. The hinge system can also be swapped out if something happens or you need to mix things up a bit. And don’t worry about getting dirty either – these boots are easy to clean thanks to their internal heat shield that can be replaced at any time!

You can take it off, throw a whole new one on, or put on CDs and Duro or supermoto soles to give a whole new purpose to the boot. You can literally rebuild the crossfire season by season.

The Crossfire has a Teflon mesh liner! This is more breathable and moisture-wicking than anything else we’ve seen and the crossfire also has side vents, back exhaust, and adjustable insulation to back it up.

My only complaint is with all the velcro and the buckles and layers, it takes three hands to put this thing on. Once I do, I feel more protected and more comfortable in the CDs than anyone else, and that’s a challenging trick to pull off.

Yes, these shoes are expensive. But they last twice as long and feel five times nicer than the stars! By swapping the handle and the sole, I can use them for three completely different activities. If I had the money, it would be worth it to me.

The Dovetail SR anti-skid rubber sole is built with a solid Technomicro laminate base material that covers the arch area of the sole and is replaceable using hand tools. The toe and heel areas on the Dovetail SR sole are permanent parts of the design.

A protected toe box, covering the front area of the shoe. A new foot support has been developed to reduce twisting while offering greater safety.

Lower buckle guards help protect against opening due to an impact. The complete central strap system can be easily replaced and is available in two sizes. Lined with anti-abrasion Cambrelle in the foot area for comfort, the upper is lined with Teflon mesh which prevents complete absorption of water and sweat.

These materials will not retain water or sweat on the inside of the boot. The boot will dry quickly and the treatment also prevents the onset of mold. Shop here: Sidi Crossfire 2 SRS dirtbike boots

For optimal protection, it’s very important to choose a pair of boots that have tough TPU paneling for extra rigidity, plus molded plastic 3D shins and adjustable dual-stage pivot systems for great protection on obstacles during your trail ride.

Support

In addition to safety, the best work boots provide superior support. We prefer models that are reinforced with a metal shank insert for superior support of your movements. The boot you choose should have padded insoles so they’re comfortable and supportive as well!

Best Dirt Boot Brand

Which is the best brand of motorcycle boots to buy in 2022? Based on new specific research, we can advise these brands of boots: Alpinestars, O’Neal, Sidi, Gaerne that we believe will provide you with the best long-term bike shoes for your money.

Types of Dirt Bike Boots

There are many different types of dirt bike boots on the market today, each designed to provide different levels of protection and support. Some of the most popular types of boots include motocross boots, enduro boots, and trail boots.

Motocross boots are designed for racing and provide the highest level of protection, support, and comfort. They typically have a high ankle design that helps to protect the rider’s ankles from impacts and injuries.

Enduro boots are a cross between motocross and trail boots, offering good protection and support while still being lightweight and comfortable. They are a good choice for riders who do a mix of off-road and on-road riding.

Trail boots are the lightest and most comfortable type of dirt bike boot. They offer good protection for the rider’s feet and ankles, but are not as durable as motocross or enduro boots. They are a good choice for riders who do mostly on-road riding or who don’t need the extra protection that motocross and enduro boots provide.
